An Evening With Women On VH1

VH1 news headed to Linda Perry‘s “An Evening With Women” to talk to the producer, artist, and songwriter about her involvement with the LA Gay & Lesbian Center. Among the guests were The Osbourne family, Kathy Griffin, Natasha Bedingfield, Sia, Sara Gilbert, and many more. Getting involved with the center just 6 years ago, Perry has been a great help in growing an already fabulous event. This year’s event has raised of $600,000. Producer and songwriter Linda Perry produced “An Evening With Women,” an all live benefit event for the LA Gay and Lesbian Center hosted by Kathy Griffin this past Sunday. Guests included the Osbourne family, Natasha Bedingfield, Sarah Gilbert, Sia and more. “With each year, An Evening with Women grows bigger, stronger and more explosive. Everyone at the L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center works so hard to make this event a huge success,” says singer/songwriter/co-chair Perry. Sponsors included The Annenberg Foundation, Wells-Fargo, CBS, and the event was hosted at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in conjunction with the LA Gay and Lesbian Center, which focuses on building the health, advocating the rights of, and enriching the lives of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community. Linda Perry Announces An Evening With Women

Linda Perry speaks with Huffington Post about her upcoming event at the L.A. Gay and Lesbian Center. Taking place at the Beverly Hilton, this will be the 6th year running of the event which is produced by Perry. The goal is to help young teens and women have a great time, and deliver the message that through donations and support, the center can continue to exist for Gay rights and fight on their behalf.
